Wholesale Sales Manager - Contemporary Womenswear brand
£40,000pa plus bonus
A contemporary FASHION brand that is leading the way in directional forward-thinking womenswear has an exciting new role for a WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER with branded womenswear experience to join their wholesale team to develop UK and International accounts.
As an Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing accounts in the UK and Internationally, arranging and conducting sales appointments. Analysing marketing data and sales figures, along with identifying key accounts and potential new accounts worldwide. You will be responsible for the brand's marketing and PR working closely with the brand's external marketing team. You attend shows in Paris, New York, Milan and international trade shows ensuring the best coverage for the brand. You will be a key member of the sale team reporting directly to the Brand Director, and working closely with the in-house Design and merchandising teams.
The ideal applicant must have previous wholesale account / sales management experience working for a contemporary or luxury womenswear brand with a proven track record in developing or launching a new brand. You must possess exceptional sales management, organisational and analytical skills, demonstrating strong negotiation and presentation skills. You must be results driven, have an existing client book with UK and international contacts, with experience presenting at international trade shows and a strong understanding of the luxury contemporary wholesale industry.
