Wholesale Sales Executive
Innocenza is an independent sales agency representing a growing portfolio of contemporary international women's ready-to-wear and lifestyle collections in the UK and Ireland, including GESTUZ, ILSE JACOBSEN, CHLOE STORA and MUNTHE. We work with all the big retail names in fashion in a beautiful showroom based in Fitzrovia, central London.
As part of our development we’re looking to recruit a Wholesale Sales Executive with experience in UK & Ireland contemporary and premium RTW womenswear market to help drive the business across all sales channels. You will report directly into the Managing Director and will be involved in delivering the broader strategic direction of several of the brands within the business.
Whilst there is high importance on growing and supporting the existing distribution, the role will also focus on bringing new business to the agency. The primary responsibilities are:
-Working alongside the Managing Director in delivering the sales strategies for the relevant brands within the business
-Maximise sales with existing customers through effective sales management
-Identify, target, develop and manage new business.
-Ensure sustainable and optimal company growth is achieved.
-Develop strong relationships with all customers to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved
-Oversee the booking and management of the showroom in relation to the specified brands
-Managing the order books against sales targets; formulating strategies and plans with the team in order to achieve the short and long-term goals.
-Administer orders and dealing with day to day customer service issues.
-Provide weekly, seasonal and annual reports to demonstrate performance, potential issues and action required
-Assisting in the organising, merchandising and managing of our London showroom and any relevant trade fairs
-Liaising with brand Head Office regarding collections, sales material and any customer service requirements.
-Managing the sample collections including presentation, pricing, sales material preparation for appointments etc.
-Representing the brands at trade shows, scheduling and managing appointments with key and prospect accounts.
-Provide support to customers through training, generating and managing reorders, marketing activities and stock management, including NOS programmes, as necessary.
- Solid experience and understanding of the UK and Irish contemporary and premium womenswear market.
- Established relationships with UK and Irish contemporary and premium womenswear buyers.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
- Showroom sales experience is essential.
- Excellent sales presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication and ‘people’ skills.
