Wholesale Manager - Maternity Cover
My client is a contemporary luxury ladieswear brand offering a cool & urban feel to the product based in Central London.
We have partnered with a contemporary ladies wear brand to assist in the recruitment OF a wholesale manager (Maternity Contract).This fantastic brand based in Central London is looking for an experience wholesale manager to take responsibility for the UK & Ireland accounts.
Drive sales with the existing accounts and attract new prospects.
Develop and maintain strong ongoing business relationships with established and new accounts.
Implement effective sales campaigns in line with an agreed strategy, in terms of the selection and the accounts
Travel extensively throughout the UK & Ireland in order to support the partners and assist with the expansion of the brand (a full driving license a must)
Organise and provide data for key monthly reviews with key accounts to support the Wholesale Directors to build profitable growth plans.
Organise and chair key account meetings and budget reviews
Reporting and analyses of clients developments
Oversee Quarterly Review execution
Track annual stock sales monthly and deliver actions to achieve OB Plan Figure
Establish first point of contact & communication for all customers for plans/issues/actions and feedback in appropriate style updating line manager and Directors at all times.
Ensuring the brand is represented to a very high standard both personally and through merchandising of the product itself
Establish and implement POS opportunities for SIS/MSP with key customers working with Shop Construction to deliver controlled brand environments.
Develop retail understanding including space and option planning to guide customers and sales team to deliver ideal options versus space,
Must hold a FULL CLEAN LICENCE
Premium ladieswear experience with a proven track record and established relationships with key accounts
Experience in a similar role is a must and high motivation for sales
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Have the ability to devise and implement sales strategies for growth of the brand.
Strong negotiation skills and market knowledge
Must have the right connections and willingness to go the extra mile
You must be a natural multi-tasker with excellent organisational and time management skills.
