Job description

This is a temporary position for 5 months with option of a permanent contract. We are looking for candidates that can work for two different time slots 5 days a week including alternate weekends. Please apply to the one that suits you best referenced in the subject line of your application.

Job Description

The Web and customer services assistant will back up the wed and customers service executive in the daily activities partially consisting in solving customer's issues and demands and orders management.

Main responsibilities:
•Proactively offering advice on styles and fit
•Offering accurate and individual advice on sizing, across both standard and D-G sizing
•Making relevant and thoughtful switch-sell suggestions when a product isn’t available in the customer’s size
•Upselling by recommending coordinating items or accessories to complete a look
•Answering all customer questions in a timely and accurate manner
•Ensuring that any erroneous or missing product information is flagged to the e-commerce team to backfill so that future customers can make more informed purchasing decisions


The ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience with customers
  • Business and fashion background
  • We are looking for a very organised person, that works good under pressure, fast learner and good at communicating with people
  • Microsoft Office experienced (Excel in particular)
  • Passion for Customers & Service
  • Excellent English, knowledge of German will be an advantage
