Job description

We are working with a successful furniture and homewares retailer who are currently looking for a Training Manage who will assess, define, develop and deliver appropriate training for retail sales and customer service employees in order to improve sales performance and customer service.
This role will be based in their London Head Office.

We are looking for:

- Extensive training experience (3 years+) within a retail environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to work alone and communicate and influence all levels of the company
- Ability to deliver the most beneficial training packages for our store teams and ultimately our customer
- Presentation skills - to groups one to one and company meetings.
