Here at Liberty we are looking for a Trading Manager to join our rapidly growing Ecommerce team.
Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, the Online Trading Manager will have overall responsibility for the execution of the trading calendar, co-ordination of the online merchandising team and direct management and trading of Liberty/ Collaborations and Home product
As Trading Manager you will be accountable for the delivery of commercial and customer KPIs for the LibertyLondon.com website, whilst driving the trading agenda to ensure that all commercial opportunities are leveraged and that the customer base, conversion rates and sales meet the commercial and customer objectives.
You will enhance the customer proposition to ensure that LibertyLondon.com is a destination for gifting, beauty and our own brand product and delivers a best-in-class customer experience. This role will work closely with Marketing and our Editorial team to deliver compelling “story-telling” across the site, ensuring that is engaging for customers and meets the commercial and brand objectives for Liberty.
This role will suit someone with previous experience within Online Trade. You will assist with the planning of the trading calendar to ensure key drivers and budget requirements are built into the plan. You will be responsible for the trading of the site day to day to ensure that all briefs and products are completed and published. You will also be an expert in our IT systems particularly Demandware, AX and Excel.
