Planning and prioritising work efficiently
Monitor all incoming deliveries and ensure fast turnaround from stock room to shop floor
Identify faulty, defective and undelivered stock
Reconciling Delivery notes with purchase orders
Responsible for daily deliveries
Maintaining stockroom standards
Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock.
Ensuring daily basis replenishmentfull in order to avoid stock-out
Complete any paperwork as instructed, in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, ensuring all filing is kept up-to-date and in good order
Ensure the carrier bags and other shop floor consumables are kept stocked up with all necessary items by placing regular orders with supplier.
