SALARY: £30-40k

Social Media Manager will own, develop and execute the social strategy for my Client, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement and demand for our products.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Contributes to Social Media strategy
*Develop the strategy for social media under the direction of Head of E-Commerce and Marketing Manager
*Define the online "placement" strategy by identifying platforms we should participate on and define a specific content and activation strategy for each platform
*Assist on content strategy to ensure there is alignment with the social media content strategy
*Promote innovative ideas about the use of social media community and platforms to inspire colleagues and other teams
*Devise and execute the social media agenda and strategy
*Assist and propose on budget use

Community Management
*Manage content creation for all social media platforms, by delivering highly engaging contents respecting budget and timeline constrains
*Participate in the content creation process to ensure content is adaptable to social media usage
*Develop a detailed posting strategy and activation plan for each platform to drive engagement and connection with consumers
*Maintain each platform's updates and ensure all uploads are managed in a precise and qualitative way respecting deadlines
*Being the point of contact for our consumers on social media, interact and advice any other area of the business which operates with consumers on social media (e.g. customer care)
*Produce report based on different KPI to measure performance to develop strong insight on how to shape our strategy and activation plan better
*Collect insight on our social media platforms to inspire other team and share consumers understanding with the business

Trends & Education
*Collect trends on all platforms to produce valuable innovation and insights
*Share best practices on a regular basis with the wider team, engage a community around social media and potential use of it
*Identify providers that can enhance our ability to use the most innovative technology

*Produce analysis and report on our Social media strategy and tools

*Having an excellent understanding of the UK social media market
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Social media experience, designing and executing successful campaigns
*Experience finding, targeting, and mobilising online opinion leaders
*Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
*Excel capabilities
*Experience advising and training customer service teams on social media
*Knowledge and experience of crisis management
*Experience of high-growth, fast-paced environments
*A self-starter that's comfortable with constant change
