Pepa & Co is an online children’s clothing boutique founded by Pepa González in October 2013 with exciting plans of growth!
We specialise in timeless Spanish clothing for babies and children up to the age of 8. Every season we offer Luxury and elegant clothing, all beautifully designed and made in Spain. These collections cannot be found on the high street, giving Pepa & Co its charm and distinctive style.
We don't have a shop, so we promote our brand online so Digital Marketing is very important for us. We are proud of our cool website and we work hard in building a good relationship with children fashion bloggers, social media gurus and our popular blog that help us promote our business online.
We are a small company, but passionate about design, style, as well as quality children clothing. We love our job and we enjoy every day looking after our little clients. We hope our project inspire you and motivate you to bring your ideas, hard work and passion about this industry!
•Set and execute the Spring/Summer 17 digital marketing calendar, ensuring all channels of the brand are covered.
•Social media listening. Ownership of social listening reporting – developing actionable monthly reports for the total business and key areas and making recommendations for change as necessary going forward.
•Interacting proactively with new key social media accounts.
•Keeping up with trends and analysing competitor´s activities to ensure our brand is ahead.
•Introducing competitions in collaboration with other top brands that share the same target.
•Implementing the use of videos across channels.
•Managing advertising campaigns across channels.
•Gifting list. Targeting top US accounts for gifting / building a relationship and following up on their posts that use our products (in conjunction with the commercial team)
•Street style photo shoots. In conjunction with our photographer, you will organise a photoshoot every 2 – 3 weeks to increase the use of street style quality photos across all channels on the main banner of the website.
•Google Analytics. Read into statistics and run bespoke reports directly related to social media conversions.
•Google Adwords. Keywords search and ppc. Campaigns. Retargeting banners (in conjunction with the digital designer).
•Keeping up to date with industry news through Google alerts.
•Blog. Posting 2 quality posts / week. Bringing up interesting themes for our target audience with SEO optimised content and high quality pictures.
•Constantly looking for appropriate opportunities to communicate with our target consumer to raise awareness of the brand.
•Creating landing pages to capture potential interested customer’s details.
•Interact with other businesses that share our target in terms of interviews, collaborations across channels.
•Setting up 2 monthly newsletters in conjunction with the commercial team to promote products and company news.
•Work closely with the buying team to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained to agreed KPI’s on stock levels.
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and excellent copywriting skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines in a busy environment.
- Highly social media savvy across major social media platforms.
- Strong eye for design and style according to the spirit of the brand.
- Understanding of social media tools such as Percolate, Buddy Media, Wildfire, Brandwatch, Sysomos and Radian6.
- Photoshop, InDesign.
- Google Analytics, Google +, Google Adwords.
