Luxury fashion lifestyle brand, Aspinal of London, are hiring for our Marketing team based in our new Berkeley Square Head Office. At Aspinal, we do things differently. The core purpose of the Social Media & Influencer Manager is to drive client and potential client engagement across all mediums. The individual will have ultimate responsibility for all social media and celebrity/blogger influencers and will ensure that the brand is correctly positioned in the market. The ideal person will be able to think and plan strategically as well as have hands-on experience of executing campaigns. 

  • Support the Head of Marketing in the implementation of the brands global marketing strategy and key brand initiatives/collaborations
  • Develop, design, implement and oversee the social media strategy for the business for all relevant channels
  • Support with the seasonal marketing plans to ensure there is a social presence and activation in all key campaigns
  • Work with internal departments and external contractors to create on-brand social content/collateral for all social media channels
  • Support with the management of our current portfolio of social media and digital agencies to ensure return on investments and that content is relevant and on brand
  • Develop a set of Social Media related KPI’s and run weekly and project reports to showcase ROI allowing the business to make informed decisions in the future
  • Alongside Head of Marketing develop a strong influencer proposition (micro & marco) for the business that raises brand awareness and drives total sales
  • Manage the social media and content creation budget, ensuring that spending is efficient and as forecasted, liaising with finance to ensure all invoicing is correct, suppliers are setup, paid and budgets are updated
  • Support various channels of the business, including wholesale, retail, franchisee, international and online, to ensure that both brand and commercial campaigns are adequately promoted and supported
  • Be willing to attend all social engagement related meetings and present on behalf of the marketing department
  • Creating, managing, scheduling and publishing content on all brand social media channels ensuring tone of voice and brand identity are maintained to the highest standard
  • Develop ongoing long term partnerships with 3rd parties, including but not limited to media patterns, creative collaborators, event partners, photographers
  • Work closely with the creative and e-commerce team to ensure 360 messaging is apparent across the business for online, social and in store to ensure a strong and consistent brand messaging calendar
  • Lead the strategy and execution of all social media advertising as well as ensuring clear KPI’s are defined and reporting is implemented to ensure ROI can be tracked
  • Together with the customer services team, help manage the customer experience on the social forum, flagging any brand critical issues as and when appropriate
