Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and extremely organised individual to join a dynamic and fast-paced multi-brand fashion showroom. The role is diverse, and involves a number of responsibilities that ensure the smooth running of the London and Paris showrooms.


Duties will include, but not limited to:   
  • Showroom diary management – liaising with marketing and sales departments on use of showroom and day-to-day running
  • Suppliers management
  • IT and devices management
  • I.T Savvy and ability to detect the problem and collaborate with the I.T department to effectively resolve the issue   
  • Research and sourcing
  • All shipping and courier management
  • Assisting sales and marketing departments with administration
  • Liaising with the accounts department
  • Managing all showroom logistics between London and Paris
  • Coordinating London / Paris showroom and Logistics
  • Personal assistance to the Directors
  • Booking travel and organising itineraries for the directors and team members
  • Organising staff - I.e. fit models, showroom helpers, etc
  • Managing Showroom Helpers and Models during Sales
  • Liaising with suppliers and partners
  • Organising showroom advertisements and promotions
  • Arranging showroom displays
  • Studio and storage management (London and Paris)
  • Stationary management
  • Coordinating showroom maintenance, layout and stock levels
  • Managing all staff and the daily running of the showroom in conjunction with the sales and marketing directors
  • Inventory Management
  • All shipping management pre and post Sales
  • Manage all post Paris Sales showroom pack down and organisation
  • Opening and closing up the showroom
  • Supporting Sales during Paris and London Sales Market and Press Days
  • Offer creative and proactive ideas for processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of running a busy showroom 
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate on going projects, plans and people

- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to manage all logistics associated with setting up a full showroom in Paris four times a year
- Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain workloads
- Love of brainstorming, problem-solving, and being resourceful
