We are looking for a competitive and passionate E-Commerce Merchandiser and SEO Executive to help us build up our e-commerce business and increase conversion as we grow. You will be responsible for testing merchandising and SEO strategies, implementing them and delivering results.
Manage the website content (new product uploads, removing products, update pricing, update sales etc.)
Merchandising of the website based on data from Shopify and to ease user journey to increase CR
Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the website
Develop long term SEO strategies to increase visibility and presence of MORI
Continuously analyse digital fashion trends and seasonality in search to initiate optimisation and editing of content
Monitor and analyse organic search performance data, flag issues, opportunities and competitor insights utilising industry tools
Compile ad hoc SEO reports as requested and in a timely manner, taking responsibility for the quality of your own work and providing insights where appropriate
Track conversion rates and making improvements to the website based on analytics
Update product information, specs, banners and all other content on MORI - liaising with the editorial/marketing team
Review new technologies and competition to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Collaborate with other departments (wider marketing team, product, sales, operations, etc.) where applicable

Highly proficient in SEO strategies with up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO / SEM industry
1-2 years experience in e-commerce, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Google services/MOZ and other SEO tools
Active user with eCommerce websites, email and social media marketing
Demonstrates competency in critical thinking and problem solving
Multiple project management skills
Confident and dynamic personality
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication abilities to interact with colleagues
