Senior Marketing Manager - Beauty - North West London

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join one of the UKs leading providers of professional nail and beauty products. The brand supply to both consumers and professionals; leading salons, spa's, wholesalers, retailers and websites.
We are looking for a proven manager to over see an established team of 6 across the marketing and PR function, you will need significant budget management and team leadership skills and fully integrated marketing expertise, ideally within the beauty sector.

Senior Marketing Manager - Beauty - North West London


Marketing Planning & Strategy:
Defining and compiling annual 360 degree marketing plan and delegating relevant work to team members accordingly
Compiling annual advertising and promotional plan
Directing the team to follow NPD roll out procedure and tracking new products are launched on time
Project management on larger scale campaigns, including licensing deals and brand partnerships
Ensuring marketing materials are produced in line with marketing plan and business requirements - working in conjunction with sales and education teams

PR Strategy:
Approval of PR materials, including press releases, mailers and e-blasts
Compiling and presenting strategy concepts in line with marketing plan to team
Providing feedback and approval on campaign ideas
Oversight and monitoring of media mentions, identifying opportunities to reinforce and build brand profiles
Ensuring campaigns meet set objectives and are within budget for the department

Online/ E-Commerce:
Oversight of weekly team review of website content, ensuring content is optimised and updated regularly
Approving materials for the website including banners, blog posts and features
Working with web developers to implement required fixes, updates and changes - performing testing where necessary
Main point of contact for web-related queries for other areas of the business
Regularly reviewing website performance via Analytics

Digital Marketing:
Working with team to implement and review PPC
Delegating work to improve performance, both to agency and team members
Monitoring SEO and working with relevant parties to maximise performance
Oversight of monthly content calendar and approval of all e-shots - monitoring performance and tracking stats
Involvement in CRM system improvements and integration performance with websites
Providing strategy ideas to team in line with marketing plan and objectives
Oversight of monthly content calendar and approval of all copy
Monitoring social media performance and aligning work of team members accordingly
Ensuring social media spend on paid advertising is on track and in line with budgets

Exhibitions & Events:
Compiling plans on marketing and promotion of all relevant events
Providing input into exhibition stand build and planning
Managing design and production of graphics for exhibitions, delegating work to Graphic Designer and working with team to deliver on time
Managing all marketing materials for exhibitions and events, working with team to ensure everything is produced and delivered on time
Managing all ad hoc marketing related events such as roadshows, educational and promotional events

Retail Support:
Compiling presentations and marketing plans for retail partners
Evaluating brand presence in stores and online, making appropriate suggestions to improve performance
Oversight of production on relevant assets including POS, adverts and web banners
Oversight on merchandising plans compiled by marketing team
Ensuring all NPD is communicated in line with marketing plan
