Sales Training Specialist
We are a retail staffing agency working on behalf of arguably the world's best known sports fashion brand.
We are recruiting for a talented trainer with a passion for sports and fitness to join one of the world’s leading fashion brands on a rolling contract.
You will be visiting retailers across the UK, exciting and educating in-store staff on the newest innovations in the brand range, pushing sales within this competitive environment whilst ensuring that the brand space is maximized across footfall and apparel ranges within each store.
Successful applicants must be able to manage their own time and take a strategic approach to their market – designing and distributing training tools, both physical (booklets, documents) and digital (video, podcasts), as well as leading sessions in front of larger groups in person. With this in mind, presenting skills, an outgoing personality and engaging speaking style is essential to success in this role.
As the point of connection between the retailers and this top brand, you should be able to talk confidently about sports – preferably with a background in sports training. Some proven experience in retail sales/marketing is also a must.
You’ll be working alongside a team of Retail Planning and Visual Merchandising specialists – all of whom are passionate about excellence and innovation in retail.
This role will require one day per week in London, and one at the retailer head office in Derbyshire. The other three days will be spent visiting retailers – so the successful applicant must be happy to travel.
