My client, a luxury department store in London, is looking for a senior manager to oversee the contemporary floor working with biggest brands. The role will entail managing 4 senior managers and supporting them to make the best commercial decisions, train and hire their teams, build relationships with brands directly and ensure the service proposition is of a world renowned luxury standard.

Experience in high end premium or luxury as a current area manager, managing a minimum turnover of £10 million and a minimum team size of 40 is essential. Knowledge in fashion and being aware of the market, trends, up and coming brands etc is essential.

Reporting directly into senior management within the store, candidates must have gravitas, an inspiring personality and be armed with commercial information and strategic examples to be successful

Candidates must be able to showcase how they manage a business from a birds eye perspective and must have strong experience in fashion retail and a passion for luxury ensuring their team deliver excellent customer service.
