Job description

Order Processing
•Maintain customer master and pricing data in SAP
•Adding FOC product to retailer orders
•Processing Allocations, Incentives and staff purchase orders
•Communicate and update retailers/BA’s on delivery status and stock levels
•Action returned stock and disposals
•Communication with 3rd Party warehouse (Europa) for GWP shipments/instructions

2.Internal Reporting
•Tracking weekly Retail Sales
•Extraction of Qlikview reports for analysis and reporting
•Analysis of KPI’s for tracking of employees’ performance
•Data compilation to support in store activities and financial updates (budgets)
•Production and distribution of store paperwork (weekly flash report and Business Plans)
•Creating employees’ incentives plan and updating weekly results

3.Forecasting
•Assisting in the planning and preparation of stock forecasting via the demanding processes and company guidelines

4.New Product Launches
•Analysis and reporting of sell through

5.Direct and Administer Agencies
•First point of contact between consultants and suppliers
•Authorizing use of agencies
•Updating agency tracker

6. Consumer complaints
•Handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
•Update complaints tracker and produce a monthly report
•Arrange replacements, refunds and sample requests for customers

7.Others
•Adhoc postages of supplier invoices, goods for destructions, collateral for stores

Profile

  • Strong interest in Sales and Business Operations
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Keen interest in Luxury Goods
