Egomark is an independent sales agency specialising in developing contemporary womenswear fashion and lifestyle collections in the UK and Ireland & Europe.
As part of our development we’re looking to recruit a Sale Executive with experience in contemporary and premium RTW to drive the business across all markets and sales channels. You will report directly into the Director. Whilst there is high importance on growing and supporting the existing distribution, particular emphasis will be placed on bringing new business to the agency.
In this role, the primary responsibilities are:
•Working alongside the Director to define, develop and deliver the sales for each brand within the business
•Maximise sales with existing customers through effective sales management
•Identify, target, develop and manage new business.
•Booking specific customers appointments.
•Managing your assigned collection order books against sales targets; formulating plans with the sales team in order to achieve our sales goals.
•Organising, merchandising sample collections
•Liaising with brand Head Office regarding collections, sales material and any customer service requirements.
•Representing the brands at trade shows, scheduling and managing appointments with key and prospect accounts.
•Provide support to customers through training, generating and managing reorders, marketing activities and stock management.
- Solid experience and understanding of the UK and Irish contemporary and premium womenswear market.
- Established relationships with UK and Irish contemporary and premium womenswear buyers.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
- Showroom sales experience necessary.
- Good sales presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, Excel skills required
- Good organisational, communication and ‘people’ skills.
- A strong commitment to customer service.
•Better if he/she hold full UK Driving licence
•Additional hours may be required to include working evenings and weekends to meet business needs during the sales campaign
•Able to take her own initiative
•Being an active and constructive team member
•It is essential to have a positive attitude (no diva attitude)
•Must be fluent in professional spoken and written English.
