Job description

Institut Esthederm is looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage client prospects.
Your main role will be to present, promote and sell Institut Esthederm products to existing and prospective clients in order to develop the brand in the UK market in collaboration of the Account Manager. ( Sell in / Sell out role)

Prospection task
•Present and promote the brand to prospective clients: skin care retailers.
•Negotiate and close the deals with the accounts.

Sales animation
•Push the sell out in pharmacies by providing sales animation in stores.

Collaborative work with the Account Manager
•Analysis and feedbacks of existing and prospecting clients’ problems / interests to meet their needs.
•Analyze the market’s potential and trends and set up sales strategies.
•Collaborate to the training of store sellers.

Profile

·        Very good relational qualities : outgoing and likable personality
·        Very good communication skills : be a confident and authoritative speaker
·        A high degree of self-motivation : capacity of resilience and persistence to meat sales goals
·        Good presentation skills
·        Affinity for the cosmetic sector
.        Fluent in English


Formation
·        License/bachelor degree in Business School or equivalent
·        Good knowledge of MS Office : Word, Power Point, Excel
·        Fluent and professional English
·        A diploma in aesthetic-cosmetic will be a plus.
 
Experience
·        Proven work experience as a sales representative for 6 months min.
·        B to B client relationship attitude
An experience in the cosmetic sector will be a plus.
