Official supplier to the French Republic and of the most prestigious tables around the world, CHRISTOFLE is currently looking for a sales consultant for its concession in Selfridges on Oxford Street.

Job description

Under the responsibility of the Concession Manager, you are an ambassador of the brand.

You are responsible for the sale of our products and the everyday presentation of the stand.
Your principal missions are to welcome onto the concession a demanding national and international clientele, to identify their needs and to make sales all whilst valorizing our products.

You participate in the management of the stock and process payments on the till. You ensure the products are well presented by respecting the brands’ visual merchandising guidelines and the image of the Christofle brand.

You create a faithful clientele and ensure the sales advice given to each client is adapted and of a high level. In this way you should be able to manage and develop the portfolio of clients.


With a sales background, you have a significant experience (minimum 1 year) in retail during which you have developed an excellent contact with clients.
You are spotlessly presented, dynamic and you are naturally attracted to our products. Your smile, your ability to listen and your notion of service will allow you to succeed in this international environment.
Fluency in another language would be appreciated.
