Business Development Manager - The Role:-

* Managing existing accounts and growing existing business.
* Developing new business - utilise your contacts within the industry to open doors
* Attending regular customer sales meetings
* Negotiating pricing while ensuring margin requirement are met
* You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure our high service levels are met and meeting customer expectation
* Attending Trade shows where applicable

Business Development Manager - The Candidate:-

* Experience of the industry at Key / National Account level,ideally in a similar role at present
* Extensive knowledge of the Giftware / Homeware industry
* Experience of customers relevant to the company's existing and desired customer base
* A driven and ambitious individual looking for the next step in your career
* Accomplished at building relationships, with customers and internally throughout the business
* Exceptional communication skills are essential and you must demonstrate drive and passion for product.
* Highly motivated and ambitious
