Job description

We are collaborating with an international contemporary fashion brand, recruiting for a dynamic & fashion-aware Retail Manager to oversee an area of stores based in German speaking countries and Northern Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. • Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team
• Monitoring the right image, operations, high levels of customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region
• Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers
• Operating within budget constraints
• Involved in product feedback and selection for the area
• Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other departments in HQ
• Reporting directly to the Head of Retail

Profile

REQUIRED PROFILE:
• Experienced in an retail area manager level position
• Proven, successful track record in previous employment  
• Experience in people management
• Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations 
• Ability to work in team and independently  
• Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure 
• High product sensitivity 
• Passion for fashion
• Ability to inspire and lead a team 
• Mobility and readiness to travel regularly on company business trips  
• Fluency in English and German language
