Regional Manager Role Description
Please note this position will require regular travel throughout Germany and can be based in any German city where lululemon have a store.

You embody and foster all aspects of the lululemon culture and core values.You thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment where you have the opportunity to lead, inspire, motivate, sweat, organize, coach, stretch and develop every day.
You ensure that our retail strategy is executed and that each store provides exceptional guest experience through quality education.You create an annual regional vision and strategy, quarterly sales plans and monitor and respond to results through a quarterly business review process.You are accountable for all aspects of regional performance.You are a catalyst for the right product to be in the right place, at the right time, to drive sales and margin within your region.

You manage your regional portfolio, focusing on investment in existing stores and future store pipeline strategy. You manage, coach and develop store managers. You facilitate ongoing development that is focused on building store manager capabilities. You actively manage the store leadership pipeline to ensure that succession plans are in place for each role and proactively recruit leaders for new stores. You lead innovation in the community, reaching out to new communities, as well as growing and driving traffic in established markets.

key responsibilities:
enroll your team in what the retail strategy is and why it matters
you connect with your people and your business without being there day to day
understand regional market composition of all the business channels that our guest touches within the boundaries of your region, which can include: stores, showrooms, factory outlets, hybrid stores, pop-up stores, strategic sales accounts and ecommerce
oversee pre-branding strategies, introduce and elevate new lululemon markets
manage overall regional community initiatives
act as a catalyst for the right product to be at the right place, at the right time, within your region; move product within your region to maximize top line sales
recruit and hire amazing leaders
host design meetings with local athletes, and support all educators, assistant managers, and showroom managers in excelling in their roles


must haves
At least 7 years of fashion retail experience at store management level
5 years proven management experience of large or diverse groups
Business Degree – an asset
Passion, knowledge and involvement in yoga, and/or other fitness, health or sports activities required.
Strong sense of personal style and athletically minded
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written (English & German)
Ability to manage complex projects and delegate
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills
Extraordinary guest interaction, organizational and time management skills
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Strong computer skills- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
A passion to learn, excel, and succeed
Willingness and availability to travel
Fluency in both English and German is essential
