Job description

We are looking for a full-time Production Coordinator to coordinate our production process. Job description includes:
-Entering and managing all the materials and stocks by product in a stock management system
-Planning the production calendar based on the input from the sales team
-Issuing orders to the different suppliers
-Managing suppliers on a weekly basis to ensure there are no delays in the production process
-Review invoices to check orders sent match with orders placed
-Manage stock levels on an ongoing basis to ensure avoid running out-of-stock for key products
-Prepare monthly stock counts for finished goods, packaging and raw materials
In addition, this person will get insight into our overall sales and marketing strategy, participating in our brainstorming sessions and development of the new collections

Profile

We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience with stock management system Zedonk and advanced excel skills
- Experience in accessories or fashion production coordination
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great team and management skills
- Creative, very professional and with a strong sense of ownership
- Preferably native/ fluent in Spanish
