We are now looking for a bright, Online Trading Manager to develop and drive forward the performance marketing plan across key channels, generating a tangible online presence for this up-and-coming brand in order to meet international growth objectives.This is very exciting business who are set for much more exposure and international growth. Collaborate with the head of marketing and founders on content strategy for the website to increase & drive website traffic.
Collaborate with the digital team on website design, driving UX development and enhancements, contributing with findings through analysis to improve user flow and conversions.
Work with developer on website functionality.
Identify opportunities to grow the revenue and increase conversion through key digital channels, including promotions and other tactics to drive business growth during key need periods, while maintaining brand stature and integrity.
Manage global SEM initiatives and campaigns though day to day agency management.
Own paid and social media tracking, monitoring, and listening tools for effectiveness.
Drive analysis and performance based activity to reach pre-defined objectives supporting revenue and conversion targets.
Oversee the testing, implementation, trafficking, tracking and reporting on of all digital campaigns and partnerships.
Seek out new resources and technological innovations in the online world to improve customer interaction and conversions, and also for campaign promotions.
Post campaign analysis and research competitor intelligence to be reported on a weekly and monthly basis - including website performance, content performance, CRM and data analysis.
