Job description

Responsibilities

•Train and manage staff to dispatch and process all online orders/refunds and exchanges
•Ensure all customer service queries are dealt with by the team efficiently.
•Pick, pack and dispatch all online orders
•Process refunds
•Manage online team rota
•Build and maintain customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction
•Managing the online customer database
•Maintaining online accounts and keeping accurate records
•Developing an online customer portfolio and maintaining those relationships always on behalf of La Coqueta
•Developing an online VIP concierge service for La Coqueta
•Developing and online personal styling service for La Coqueta
•Developing written documents of e-commerce processes within La Coqueta
•Stock management, main point of contact for stock take processes
•Developing and implementing stocktake calendar

Profile

Responsible for ensuring e-commerce fulfilment team dispatches and manages online order processing. Responsible for managing customer service.
