Job description

National/Regional Sales Manager

One of the UK’s leading independent jewellers, specialising in diamonds and fine gemstones in gold and platinum. Is looking to hire a National Sales Manager to drive the business forward.
With their extensive heritage and unrivalled reputation for quality and service this Business is seeking a talented,dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the business and professional sales team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, a pro-active and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to guide, train and lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.

This is a great opportunity to build develop your own sales strategy and create your own team in your image, oversee the management of existing client relationships, the sourcing of new ones and the implementation of partnerships with complimentary businesses.

Profile

Other Responsibilitite Include
  • To lead and develop management teams at all sites, enabling them to deliver business goals and targets.
  • To liaise with the Directors to develop strategy, operational plans, goals and targets and then drive these through.
  • Based in the field / working from home and meet Directors in London Head Office every 4 weeks or as required.
  • Candidate must be highly motivated, resourceful, creative, experienced in the jewellery field, able to travel and work long hours, able to inspire and lead management teams, able to liaise directly with clients when required and passionate about developing and upskilling their people.
