National Account Manager - Beauty And Cosmetics
Working for this fantastic multinational beauty and cosmetics business on retail accounts, you will be dynamic, driven and have excellent communication skills. You will be managing two direct reports - National Account Executives, so people management experience is essential.
*Set the account strategy for the Grocers and high street retail channel with the UK Commercial Director.
*Partner with the Brand, Product Development, PR and Operational teams to execute & review Brand annual strategic plans.
*Maintain, review& report against monthly forecasted and actual product shipment demand volume, gross sales, trade spend and retail sales.
*Optimise the promotional programme to deliver strategic goals whilst minimising expenditure to ensure profitable growth.Effectively managing the tradex budget for designated accounts.
*Develop strong partnering relationships with internal colleagues and with retail buyers and head office personnel. Ensuring excellent service to accounts consistently.
*Review weekly & monthly performance to KPIs and propose, execute action as required.
*Present and engage brand strategy, plans at external meetings (strategy meetings, business plan update meetings).
*Present a review of account performance (past, present & future) at internal meetings identifying & recommending actions against challenges and opportunities.
*Develop & Lead the Sales team.Creating & assessing performance plans & developments plans for two National Account Executives
