Position Summary: As part of our leadership team, you are focused on driving a selling and service culture. You will serve as an active motivator on the sales floor, building capabilities within the store team to drive strategy and achieve results for the business. Our Keyholder emanates the Alexander Wang culture and is committed to building the bond between the brand, employee and customer.Essential Functions:
•Helps achieve established store metrics as assigned by leadership, including payroll, budgets and shrink goals.
•Assists in implementing operational processes and meeting all operational standards.
•Ensures the team prioritizes applying high levels of customer care to drive sales.
•Holds team members accountable for achieving individual and store KPI’s.
•Provides an exceptional level of education on the sales floor by training, coaching and developing associates.
•Assigns tasks and responsibilities to associates based on their role, expertise and potential in order to aid their growth and development.
•Communicates information to ensure team members are informed, motivated and prepared to drive results.
•Promotes an open dialogue environment to encourage thoughts, ideas and feedback from the team.
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years in retail/sales.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
