Job summary:
To organise, motivate and lead sales within new and existing accounts for the company. Responsible for sales across the UK, you will ensure that targets set are either met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
*Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
*Responsible for the performance and development of sales on the assigned territory.
*Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
*Maintain accurate records of account list and all sales and activity reports submitted.
*Keep abreast of competitor activity and provide senior management with regular market intelligence data.
*Maintain at all times a detailed knowledge and understanding of the company's products and brands.
