Key Account Executive
Merci Maman is a Franco-English jewellery brand launched in London in 2007. We design and craft contemporary personalised jewellery engraved by hand in our studios, including bracelets, necklaces and accessories for women, men and children.
We have grown since the outset to become a multi-million pound business. Our growth accelerated in February 2014 when Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge, was spotted wearing one of our necklaces. Since then, our brand has benefited from increased media attention; we tripled the team and have recently won several awards including the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2017. We have a very close relationship with our partners in the UK and abroad including Notonthehisghstreet.com. In March 2016 we opened a new office in Paris to develop the French market and our website is also translated in German and US English.
Key responsibilities include:
•Manage orders on a daily basis and respond to customers enquiries;
•Update the storefront with new products and constantly improve the existing offer;
•Liaise with buyers and merchandising teams to promote the products and coordinate marketing activities during key periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day);
•Prepare annual review and meetings with the buyers before key periods like Christmas;
•Report & present sales data during monthly meetings;
•Participate to quarterly customer service meeting and feedback the team;
•Represent Merci Maman during various events organised by the partner,
•Apply for awards.
•Participate in the daily production of orders;
•Participate in product development and key event brainstorming sessions;
•Attend seasonal fairs and outside events from time to time.

Knowledge of Excel and Photoshop is a plus.
