Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Junior HR Business Partner for a leading luxury fashion business based in Central London. The brand is looking to strengthen their already established HR function with a new hire at to help ensure the team continues to provide the best service possible to the the wider teams in the business.

As the Junior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to develop employee capability and maximise business performance through a range of smart, insightful and proactive HR activity. You will support managers and employees to resolve conflicts, enhance team effectiveness and ensure support of organisational changes with effective communication plans. You will also work directly with managers to understand their needs and assist them in any business cases where appropriate as well as managing head count needs along with the budget.Working closely with the Talent team is also key as you will support on various recruitment processes. You will be responsible for managing a variety of case work including investigations, disciplinary or grievance hearings through to flexible working requests; absence and performance issues whilst coaching line managers on the process. You will also review and update HR policies and procedures whilst mentoring the HR Coordinator in the team.

We are seeking someone with significant HR experience working within a large, fast-paced retail business. You should have a good understanding of UK employment law with experience of independently managing ER cases from start to close. You will be a strong relationship builder at all levels with excellent communication skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude. You must also have a relevant HR degree and/or be working towards CIPD.
