The Junior Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales and attend to the daily needs of the London sales office.This candidate will assist with the growth of the UK territory for specialty store and minor department store accounts.
•Focus on growing the wholesale specialty store business across all 3 of the brands both with existing customers and new business
•Explore and develop growth opportunities across all 3 brands within the market.
•Increase YOY sales with existing customers and increase revenue through new business
•Manage and maintain sales and budget logs
•Review and analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales
•Partner with the assistant account executive to report on weekly trade from key accounts
•Review websites and competition on a weekly basis and provides constructive feedback team
•Work daily with Customer Service; submitting and adjusting orders an ensuring customers’ orders ship efficiently.
•Ensuring PO’s are raised correctly and raising RA’s for customers swaps or returns
•Sample management and trafficking:
•Checking and logging all samples received in London
•Organizing samples and pulling samples to ship when requested
•Preparing samples for various trade shows with direction of the team
•Supporting market appointments during market
•Responsible for Trade Show and Market Preparation
•Maintain customer and order logs for all UK accounts
•Maintains awareness of the general retail market
•Maintain showroom schedule
•Create training materials for product knowledge seminars
Desired Skills and Experience
•1-2 years of sales experience with a focus on specialty
•An existing relationship with key specialty accounts
•Strong Organizational skills
•Concise and strong administrative skills
•Well organized and presentable
•Strong skills and experience in written correspondence, ability to correspond in a more formal context
•Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability and professionalism
•Exceptional follow-up skills and ability to analyze work-load and plan accordingly
•Strong social and communication skills
