About the Team

The team are responsible for driving online growth within our international third party sales channels. This is where Next sells as a brand on external retail websites and marketplace platforms across the globe.

You will work alongside a range of other operational areas of Next and with external suppliers to manage the day-to-day trading activities of the department as well as developing and executing a long term commercial strategy to maximise online sales and profitability in this area. You’ll be involved right from identifying new Third Party channels through to implementation and appraisals.

About the Role

You will:
Identify, implement and then trade profitable International Third Party Channels. Including looking at launching Next in a variety of new countries and marketplaces.

Understand the capabilities, limitations and flexibilities of both Next and potential Third Party businesses to ensure accurate and smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Continually review further opportunities to improve the services and supply to Third Parties.

Regularly travel to various countries to develop and maintain strong links with the Third Party sales channels drawing upon trading and sales analysis. You’ll also be actively involved in commercial appraisal, improving processes and identifying new opportunities.


About You

Previous experience in a similar role and specific experience working with a retail brand with online.

Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage and drive forwards projects.

A proven track record of managing and coaching a high performing team including conducting 121’s and setting objectives.

Ability to work well under pressure by planning and prioritising workloads.

Excellent communication skills with all levels of the business and with both internal and external customers.
