in-House Recruiter/Junior hr Generalist
I am looking for an experienced Internal recruiter to work on all in house positions, working for a growing fast paced online gift experience company based in North London/Hertfordshire. Someone that has an interest in HR responsibilities would be desirable!
*Work with the line managers to gain a thorough understanding of the recruitment brief for approved roles.
*Establish interview process for each particular role to ensure expectations are clear for all parties from the outset.
*Responsible for talent mapping and direct sourcing of candidates through all available tools, to ensure attraction of the best talent into the business in the most efficient and cost effective way.
*Strong stakeholder management, providing consistent feedback to line managers and the business on recruitment progress.
*Assist in preparing and facilitating assessment centres for volume recruitment drives.
*Writing and editing job descriptions and posting roles on various job boards.
*Conduct thorough telephone interviews and provide solid shortlists to the line manager.
*Responsible for ensuring effective candidate management throughout the process ensuring speed, engagement and transparency is maintaining throughout the process.
*Facilitate face-to-face interviews with the line manager, guiding the interview and offering coaching to line manager if appropriate.
*Offer advice in decision making process, influence line managers to consider all factors in the intention to offer.
*Responsible for ensuring effective offer management and on-boarding of successful candidates, as well as the regretful conversations for unsuccessful candidates, promoting ongoing relationships.
*Supplier management where appropriate, particularly in regards to temporary recruitment.
*Good knowledge of screening candidates
*Recent experience of telephone interviewing
*Be comfortable with working under pressure
*Experience of high volume recruitment
*Experience of digital marketing and IT recruitment desirable
