Job description

We have partnered with an iconic luxury brand to assist in the recruitment of a HR & Recruitment manager based in Central London.This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Manager to join a fast-paced global brand.
Responsibilities Include:
Implement forward-thinking recruitment and selection strategies
Work with managers to analyse people performance
Develop HR processes to support effective succession and talent plans
Ensure all paperwork/ contracts/ records are up to date & issued efficiently;
Manage the performance appraisal process;
Lead an experienced team of Resourcing Managers, Advisors and Administrators and their operational strategies
Lead and co-lead on global Resourcing projects, taking full end-to-end ownership
Lead the development and delivery of the resourcing strategies to support all functional hiring and forecast needs
Oversea the delivery of operational projects that enhance Resourcing productivity and customer agendas
Reporting and budget management
Work closely with HR and Finance Partners to ensure that there is an accurate resourcing forecast
Manage external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, agencies and partners
Overarching responsibility for ensuring that the PSL is fit for purpose in regards to effectiveness and value for money
Stay abreast of market trends within Resourcing and the Luxury Market
Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events
Manage senor and executive hiring as required
Design recruitment training programmes and people objectives throughout the company


As the HR & Recruitment Manager for this beautiful brand in central London you will display the following attributes:
Proven Management and team development experience in an in-house recruitment environment
Experienced in designing, delivering and managing multiple talent acquisition projects, e.g. employer branding,customer excellence, and referral etc.
Strong in understanding and developing recruitment strategies
Must have significant head-office recruitment leadership experience in a global organisation
Must have operated at a senior management level in an in-house recruitment environment
Must have a Fashion or Luxury Retail experience
