We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a well known high street retailer.If you have HR Generalist experience and are eager to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment then this could be the role for you.
Partner with the business to manage the full recruitment process and proactively feed talent pipeline
Manage Employee Relations matters in compliance with local legislation and HR best practice
Support the performance management process and partner with managers/teams on goal setting, coaching and development planning
Recruitment, on-boarding and inductions
Delivering and supporting Learning and Development requirements for operatives, supervisors and managers.
Supporting long-term sickness and absence
Experience of supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training
