An exceptional opportunity for an aspiring luxury retail Management professional to join a high profile luxury fashion brand as Sales Manager with a key emphasis on the luxury ladieswear category.

The post holder will play an instrumental part in the overall business performance from both commercial, operational, and people management aspects. As an influential leader, they will manage, train, coach, develop sales teams to deliver outstanding standards of customer service, impressionable experiences, develop longstanding loyal client relationships, maximise and seize sales opportunities with finesse and professional etiquette. The post holder will thrive in inspiring their team and providing constant support in driving the commercial success of the flagship store.


  • Effective management and accountability of sales
  • Actively coaching the sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Motivating the team in reaching monthly and weekly store targets
  • Assisting the team in developing KPI’s: turnover, average transaction value, cross-selling, product knowledge
  • Supervising the cash desk management
  • Analyzing daily sales figures and weekly sell through
  • Providing support to the sales team
  • Validating staff rota
  • Leading by example whilst overseeing the sales floor
  • Providing feedback to help the team achieve their goals
  • Leading daily morning briefs and workshops
  • Supporting the Store Director to train on product and sales techniques
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Overseeing each sales persons client book and customer database
  • Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
  • Compiling regular call campaigns
  • Interjecting if a Sales Assistant is facing a prospective client issue
  • Day to day back-office administration
  • Monitoring stock management
  • Writing daily reports
  • Overseeing the department managers / supervisors with stock management tasks: negative controlling, reservations, consignments, and overall stock movement
  • Brand ambassador by reaching exceptional standards of excellence
  • Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge on collections
  • Ensuring the brand grooming and attitudes guidelines are adhered to
  • Offering an inspiring and creative advice to the customer
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail and competitors
  • Offering innovative modes of generating new business, increasing footfall

Ideal applicants will possess the following attributes:
  • Strong and proven experience in a Management position in luxury Ladieswear fashion
  • Strong commercial mindset with confidence to take initiative and make decisions
  • Experience managing large teams (circa. 30 staff)
  • Previous experience managing high performing business
  • A passion for Ladieswear, and keen interest in this category
  • A natural willingness to help others, lead, motivate, develop staff, recognising potential, and creating a positive working environment that encourages performance
  • Understanding of HR processes, appraisals, disciplinaries, recruitment & talent management

Previous luxury boutique or flagship store management exposure (Sloane Street or Bond Street location ideal)
Fluent English vocabulary (Refined), second language desirable but not mandatory
Strong leader with presence
