Job description

Mission: We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our Travel Retail Field team in London, UK.

Functions and Responsibilities:

With Beauty Advisors :
Define monthly sell-out targets and follow up of their results & performance. Collect monthly shop floor feedback
New Beauty Advisor Recruitment & Welcoming, Onboarding, Pre-Training
Define personal performance objectives & appraisal meetings
Enforce team building / team belonging / BA motivation
Ensure transmitting business strategies to BA teams

Training :
1:1 Coaching to improve their skills
Flash Training & motivation of Promoters prior to animations as well as Animation-kick-off & supervision

Conduct regular store visits
Implement, and adapt in-store merchandising guidelines for coherent & efficient POS execution

Animations :
Organization, preparation, Execution & follow-up
Contacting hostess agencies for Promoters & monitor budget Spend

Launches :
Communication of marketing plan / guidelines / product availabilities to BAs


We are looking for a highly motivated and result oriented team player with strong organizational and management skills.
The candidate should have the same work output during stress & hectic periods as without pressure, without losing the attention to detail whilst staying structured and organized.
The candidate must have proven relationship-builder skills with internal & external contacts, having the ability to relate to co-workers & BAs.


The candidate has an ideal experience of around 4 years of relevant leadership/team management experience in functions of related activities, preferably in Travel Retail sector.
Experience/Interest in luxury and/or fragrances industry will be highly valued.

Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.


Languages: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, all other European languages are an asset.

Flexibility and ability to handle multi-tasks and interact cross-departments

Attention to detail, and proven technical skills

Strong communication and management skills

Deep interest in beauty or luxury category.


Specific needs

Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Travelling: Flexibility to travel (~60%) within assigned area.
