Reports to:Key Account Wholesale Sales Executive
Based at: Central London Wholesale Doors

Job Purpose:

This person will be responsible for achieving sales goals and KPIs for Diesel in the UK. The role will focus on key department stores and locations across the UK with a focus on Central London. This is a retail role but reports into the wholesale team at Diesel Head Office in London.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

•Ensures store and personal sales targets & KPI goals by:
•Knowledge and understanding of sales goals
•Best individual performance in line with store Customer Service, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising guidelines and standards
•Ensuring Sales Advisors working with Diesel product are aware of the Diesel Sales and Merchandising goals
•Maintain and update product knowledge
•Maintain merchandising standards according to Diesel standard and guidelines
•Ensure store Sales Advisors working with Diesel are aware of the Diesel brand and product
•Check stock at each visit, being aware of any back stock, and communicate any issues to Floor Mgr and CSM
•Provide regular report on sales, stock and store updates
•Communicate product feedback, needs and issues
•Understand Diesel Brand Values
•Communicate the Brand Values to customers and sales advisors


  • Previous experience in retail operations or a customer facing role
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy essential
  • A flexible approach to meet tight deadlines
  • Data / Trend Analysis, Customer Care, Sales Initiatives experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
