The brand was created in 2013 by a young Italian entrepreneur, Emanuela Barnaba. Born in the Eternal City of Rome, she spent her childhood in Cairo. She travelled the world extensively from an early age visiting all five continents.
After graduating in Business Administration in Rome she moved to London to pursue her dream of working in the fashion world. After several years working in the field, she decided to strike out on her own to create a line of handbags. The influence of Egyptian and Roman art and culture is clearly evident in her collection, which evokes beauty, luxury and elegance.

Guema Barnaba is seeking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Brand Manager with a positive can-do attitude; someone that understands the world of luxury and fashion and who have an eagerness to learn about every aspect of the brand.
This role is ideal for someone with an experience in contemporary, luxury women’s market or a candidate that is ready to gain experience in the day to day running of a small business. The candidate must, be good at multi-tasking, quick learner, flexible and innovative.
Increase individual and store sales volume
Targeting new markets
Create merchandise strategies
Communicate the brand message to international markets
Imporve social media visibility
Plan, execute and merchandise trunk shows and events
General administration duties including emails, and writing/processing orders on the system
Outsearch to relevant press and bloggers to generate press coverage
Creation and distribution of marketing campaign
Graphic design duties (creation of lookbooks, press packs, postcards)
Liasing with existing stockists
Work closely with our designer
Logistics, shipping orders etc
General administrative and accounting duties, keep track of administrative docs( invoices, permits, etc), liasing with accounting consultants
Knowledge of the following programs
