Mode Search are partnered with a luxury accessories brand with a global presence in their search for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager.The brand is renowned for its high quality craftsmanship, and modern, creative collections.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce you will lead the creation and execution of the ecommerce marketing strategy and will own driving customer acquisition, conversion and retention through all digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities will include:
Create and implement full ecommerce marketing strategy across all channels
•Formulate and implement successful multichannel revenue and traffic driving campaigns
•Create and maintain a strong marketing plan; plan and manage the marketing budget
•Own and manage all acquisition and retention activities across Email, SEO, PPC and Affiliates
•Own and drive the affiliate marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to develop further partnerships to build brand awareness and site traffic
•Perform effective and thorough analysis of all marketing activity, using reporting insights to optimize and improve future campaigns and ROI
•Project manage successful delivery of all new online marketing technology and operating capabilities co-ordinating with internal cross-functional teams, external agencies and vendors
•Minimum 4 years’ experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably in the luxury/fashion sector
•Strong strategic and commercial mindset with proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion and retention growth using a broad range of digital marketing channels
•Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience of PPC, SEO, Affiliates & Social Media Marketing
•Extensive email marketing/eCRM experience with strong knowledge of email best practices
•Highly analytical with a very commercial approach to data and extracting actionable insights; proficiency with Excel and Google Tools (GA, GTM, Search Console, Merchant Centre) is a must
•Proven track record of managing marketing budgets, external agencies and affiliate partnerships
•Prior experience running international PPC campaigns and developing and implementing successful SEO optimization strategies
•Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail
A competitive salary of £40-45k plus bonus is being offered.
