Ecommerce And Digital Marketing Manager
JANE CARR is a vibrant accessories label specialising in high quality, fashion-directed accessories for the luxury goods market.
JANE CARR is looking for a new team member to manage the brand's ecommerce and digital marketing strategy and end-to-end execution.
The candidate should have experience in a similar digital role, preferably within the Fashion sector (but not essential), with a minimum of 2-3 years experience. We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual with the drive to set and exceed targets. You will be able to work both analytically and creatively to ultimately drive traffic and increase sales.
As our growing team expands and online sales continue to increase, the role will become more strategy focused, with the intention of hiring assistance for order processing and customer liaison.
-Day to day maintenance and merchandising of our website, identifying improvements
-Define and manage the seasonal ecommerce strategy to drive traffic and sales
-Build and manage e-mail marketing campaigns and drive subscriber growth
-Analyse product performance, customer and site data using Google Analytics to improve ROI
-Generate monthly reports and presenting results to the team
-Liaise with the PR and Social Media team to help grow sales and ensure all channels are alligned
-Copywriting, including product descriptions, collection headings and newsletter copy
-Manage online catalogue, uploading new season product information and data, photography and editorial
-Ensure product information, site UX and SEO (onsite and offsite) are optimised in order to drive sales
-Work with graphic designers / photographers / creative team to create engaging visual content for all digital channels
-Fulfil online orders, including fraud checks, pick and pack, inventory control, shipment and returns
-Manage and evolve all-round customer service, including telephone sales, website policies to ensure first class service
The Candidate / Skills
-Experience in digital marketing and technology, preferably for the Fashion sector
-An understanding of web design and web analytic software
-Knowledge of SEO, Meta data and digital marketing techniques, including Google AdWords, Google Shopping, AdRoll and affiliates.
-Analytically strong and numerate, with working knowledge of Google Analytics
-Shopify, Magento or similar experience
-Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp or similar experience
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Able to work to deadlines and meet agreed targets
-Working Photoshop/ InDesign knowledge preferred

-Identify market competitors and monitor their SEO efforts regularly, incorporating findings into brand strategy
