We are looking for a creative E-Commerce Coordinator with a track record of driving success to join our small but fast growing womenswear business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years’ experience in website management with some digital and social media marketing knowledge. You will be an all-rounder who enjoys taking ownership of a broad remit within a small business. You will focus on developing the established platform and growing the business online, driving sales, and optimizing the customer journey.

Job description

Website
•Manage functionality of the transactional website on Magento
•Point of contact for external partners; Digital Developers, Warehouse, Affiliates, and any other contractors, ensuring coordination is running smoothly and any problems are ironed out
•Work with Customer Care to oversee all E-Commerce orders through to fulfilment
•Update website policies and resolve any issues related to the website usage, orders, and shipping
•Ensure that the site is optimized for organic trade

Content
•Oversee copy writing and deliver all content within the brand expectations and voice
•Manage all web content including imagery, attributes, product descriptions, and meta details are up to date, accurate, uploaded within a timely manner and adhere to SEO best practice
•Merchandise the online offer

Analytics & Reporting
•Weekly and monthly performance reporting of site and correlated digital marketing activity, focusing on traffic, engagement, conversion and sales
•Identify ways to drive traffic, conversion, customer retention and overall online improvements

Email Marketing
•Schedule email marketing activity in line with marketing and business calendar
•Manage Mail Chimp platform including segmenting customer data base
•Email marketing performance reporting

Sales Planning & Photography
•Manage the seasonal sales campaign and any promotions / markdowns ensuring the brand is aligned with competitors
•Co-ordinate photoshoots with the Head of Sales for website imagery, including styling, photographers, model casting, photo editing etc
•Budget management

Profile

  • 3+ years experience in a similar e-commerce role
  • Clear understanding and experience with Magento
  • Commercial, product and content driven
  • Skilled in Excel and performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics. 
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Able to multi task
