Job description

Core responsibilities of the role (include, but not limited to)

•Coordinating the ecomm product flow from sample collection to go live
•Creating and updating copy on retail website
•Producing content for social media, coordinating posts and growing all platforms


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Uploading products to website, ensuring image and quality accuracy through QC process
  • Producing product descriptions using creative and sellable copy
  • Managing the sample process from intake to product going live on site (ecomm/campaign)
  • Assisting in the ecomm photography processes  and organising samples for all photoshoots
  • Creating and updating copy for all banners (including category) on the website
  • Analysis of competitor content pages and suggesting website categories, trends/occasions
  • Circulate copy and imagery to 3rd parties, ensuring all content is in line with the brand
  • Regular housekeeping of copy, product listings, trends, occasions and markdowns
  • Capturing social media content on photoshoots and assisting in shoot production
  • Work with graphic designer to produce creative/engaging/aspirational still and video content and themes for social media , relevant to each platform (each has own strength’s)
  • Responsible for coordinating posts on all social media channels and growing audience
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, pop culture and competitor activity on social media
  • Delivering exceptional customer care when handling any queries from audience
  • Run exclusive offers and competitions across social
  • Assist in lifestyle campaign and video research – mood boards
  • Blogger outreach - create a network of Izabel bloggers and work with management to build relationships and secure organic and paid posts
  • Regular blogger and PR gifting processing
  • Share PR/blogger content on social platforms to drive traffic to site
  • Run social collaborations with other brands so that social fans are shared between us
  • Producing copy for the Izabel blog and maintaining it on a weekly basis
