The Role

Experienced Customer Care Manager to lead the Customer Care team and deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires the individual to take ownership of their business area, monitor the customer care team activity and efficiency through tight KPIs management and processes, and develop and drive new Customer Care initiatives.
This is a key position to support the growth of the business and increase customer loyalty by driving excellence in customer service.

To apply you must have:

* Experience working in international e-commerce. Multilingual sites are a plus, fashion / luxury is preferable.
* Strong management skills - managing large teams
* Able to negotiate
* Able to work in fast pace
* Minimum 5 years Customer Care experience
* Experience with Salesforce any other CRM and Call Center Software is a must
* Flexible to work the occasional weekend
