About the team:

Youll be part of the UK Enquiries Team providing exceptional service to our customers whenever they need us.

You will:

Have the ability to truly listen to the needs of our customers and communicate the best course of action to move forward.

Treat every customer like your first customer.

Navigate through various computer systems to look into customer queries, speaking to other teams if required.

Must be able to commit to full time training

Shifts available:

Shift 1: Monday 1.30pm to 10pm, Tuesday, Wednesday 4pm to 10pm, Thursday 1.30pm to 10pm & Sunday 9am to 5.30pm

Shift 2:Friday 11am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 6.30pm, Sunday 9.30pm to 6pm & Monday 11am to 9pm

Training commencing February 2018

Profile

About you:

Experience of working in Customer Services, ideally within a call centre environment

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

PC literate and the ability to pick things up quickly
