Job description

Key Responsibilities:
•Create and implement strategies and roadmaps to drive website traffic and sales within budget requirements
•Creation and continuous optimization of digital ads on Facebook and Instagram
•Use of Google Display Network
•Implementation of targeted PPC campaigns
•Focus on first time and repeat visitors, using different strategies
•Creation of Affiliate programs
•Monitor performance of CAC against targets, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to improve quality of traffic and website conversion
•Creation of regular reports to illustrate performance across channels
•Ability to drive sales towards specific products
•Work closely with the content producers to ensure content is optimised for SEO and identify content gaps
•Work with rest of the team to maximise benefit of digital advertising to offline sales

Skills and Qualifications:
•Relevant university degree
•Excellent and proven analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
•2+ years’ experience with Facebook/Instagram advertising, PPC Campaigns, SEO in digital marketing agency or in-house at relevant e-commerce startup
•Passion for constantly exceeding targets for all key metrics and acquisition goals
•Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
•Positive and ambitious attitude
•Passion to find perfect optimization of each campaign

Role Overview:
We are recruiting a Digital Acquisition Manager to lead our performance marketing. This role will manage the delivery of qualified traffic to the website and will be responsible for online revenue growth across multiple acquisition channels.
