CRM Manager - High Profile Luxury Brand - London

Exclusive search for one of the industries most desired employers. This is a key marketing hire for the brand and would be responsible developing the Regional CRM strategy across several key markets. This is a newly created position reporting in to the Digital and CRM Director for an iconic brand, they are considered at the height of luxury and maintain a pioneering position in their respective field of fashion and beauty.

The Role

The Regional CRM Manager will be a key part of the Digital & CRM UK Regional team and look after CRM activities for across several key markets (UK, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Latin America)and will be responsible for 2 direct reports.

Responsible for the UK Fragrance & Beauty CRM strategy and projects, driving the the UK CRM plans with the Head of Digital & CRM
Build a seamless omni-channel customer journey Online and Offline strategy for both prospects and customers
Defining UK needs & calendar with the Head of the team and the Ecommerce Manager
Supporting Ecommerce manager on all CRM initiatives to drive ecommerce website
Ensure consistency and validation of assets with Global teams in Paris and internal UK teams
Communicate on all initiatives with field teams
Managing UK database and responsible for all online and in-store data capture tools and flows with different agencies
Build and implement a new client segmentation project
Responsible for the analysis and reports on database and all communication initiatives
Being the liaison with Retail & stores team on implementing CRM action plan
Work with Sales team in ensuring high level of data capture from each store and putting plans in place
Contribute to the UK data capture and Single Customer View project, working closely with the Head of Digital and the IT Department
Guiding and coordinating all markets in the Region on CRM strategy & planning
Advising all markets in the Region on CRM strategy & planning
Advise on Online and Offline strategy for both prospects and customers
Responsible for all communications with Emailing and 3rd party agencies
Coordinate all assets & validations with Global / Regional Web Designer / Markets for each campaign, and briefing the agency on all elements
Pilot Single Customer View project across the Region, closely working with the Regional Business Intelligence team
Set up customer insights analysis and reports for the Region using a Business Intelligence tool, with a special focus on E-Commerce & key doors
Analyze results and provide feedback, compiling statistics for all campaigns and producing monthly reports per market
