Job description

My client, a world renowned retail business is looking for an analytically minded, enthusiastic CRM Executive.

You will be responsible for implementing multi-channel campaigns that deliver high levels of engagement to the significant database. Being hands on with data, you will help to develop a clear targeting strategy, using campaign results to shape activity moving forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is at an early stage in their career with at least one years' experience in a CRM/data position and is ready for the next step up.

-Manage customer touch points throughout the business and work with the CRM team to deliver database growth from stores and online with improved data capture from all touch points (including social)
-Manage the execution of global customer campaigns across multiple channels (including email, DM, social and in-app push notifications) and liaise with our social team, printers, and other third parties
-Maintain campaign reporting and ensure data is accurately recorded
-Responsible for timely upload of prospect and competition data
-Responsible for maintaining campaign calendar, briefing processes and timescales
-Manage administration and other given tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the department.
-Help to develop and optimise tactical CRM programmes, based on segmentation rules and behavioural testing and using campaign results to shape activity moving forward
-Internally reporting; provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as well as ad hoc reports where required, working with Analyst and agency
-Confident and experienced in handling and manipulating large data sets to plan and report on campaign effectiveness
-Compile competitor analysis to ensure the team is always up to date with industry activity

The Person:
-At least 1 years' experience in a CRM/email marketing assistant or executive role
-Data literate with good Excel skills to prepare and analyse data (i.e. you must be familiar with
-Excel formulas)
-A passion for marketing and customer data insight with understanding of the full marketing mix
-Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-Excellent attention to detail to help ensure error free execution
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Understanding of databases and experience in using CRM software to execute marketing strategies
