About the role
Our client, an established contemporary art gallery in London is looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to join their growing team in the London head office. This new and exciting role will play a key part in its digital strategy by transforming how they communicate with their most valuable audiences.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Audit database and email marketing lists
Implement improvements according to CRM best practice and business goals
Liaise with Sales to develop insights into the database
Collaborate with various teams to manage the database, and to grow the database in key global markets, especially China
Segment database and email marketing lists
Ensure management of contacts’ data and all communication is compliant with the latest legislation
Liaise with in-house developer to optimise database to meet business requirements
Lead email marketing strategy, planning and execution
Improve design of campaign emails and ecommerce emails
Create and deliver targeted email campaigns
Implement lifecycle emails
A/B testing, reporting, analysis and optimisation
Assist Sales and Executive teams with mail merge sends
- Experience with commercial luxury brands
- Experience with CRM systems and ESPs (preferably Mailchimp)
- Numerate and analytical; ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Working knowledge of data compliance
- Pro-active, inquisitive and flexible
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office
